Job Summary

A company is looking for a NICE CXOne Telcom Engineer, REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, document, and implement contact center telephony infrastructure and application projects
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and vendors to propose innovative technologies and improvements
• Maintain expert-level understanding of applications and telecommunications systems to anticipate impacts on business processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Telecommunications, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in NICE CXOne systems and complex telecommunications environments
• Preferred training in NICE CXOne or CCNA-Collaboration
• Expertise in multiple voice and call center technologies including PBX and VoIP/SIP protocols
• Proven coordination and troubleshooting abilities in contact center technology
