Night Associate of Platform Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Night Associate, Platform Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Write user-facing copy for Single Live Events (SLEs) including descriptions and titles
• Collaborate with teams to manage and optimize metadata and imagery for SLEs
• Provide 24/7 operational support, ensuring smooth functioning during live events and addressing incidents as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in title operations or publishing at a large-scale editorial, e-commerce, or video service
• 2+ years of experience in writing, managing, and optimizing metadata
• Previous experience with live streamed events and operations
• Intimate knowledge of NBA and Olympics preferred
• Experience with Content Management Systems
