Job Summary

A company is looking for a Night Crew Production Supervisor to oversee production operations and develop crew members.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with departments to meet daily objectives and ensure safety and quality standards
Manage crew performance, including training, coaching, and performance reviews
Complete daily reports and partner with Shipping and Receiving to meet operational needs

Required Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory experience
5+ years of experience in an operations environment
High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in supply chain or operations preferred
Lean Manufacturing background is highly desired
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new tools and systems
