Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support and dispatch operations, the full-time Night Dispatch Specialist will coordinate service calls, manage technician schedules, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a remote environment from Thursday to Monday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM CT.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional experience through various communication channels and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency and technician skillset, while monitoring schedules for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare next-day scheduling while assisting with vendor coordination for complex jobs
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of recent experience in a hospitality or high-volume customer-facing role, or dispatching experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High School Diploma or GED
