Night Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Night Dispatcher - Dry Van & Expedited Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with drivers to assist with night-time pickups, deliveries, and operational issues
• Enter and manage load information in the Transportation Management System (TMS)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations preferred
• Strong understanding of freight transportation and shipment coordination
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
