Night Project Manager
Job Summary
Supporting tenant improvement construction projects, the remote part-time Night Assistant Project Manager will manage project audits, coordinate among professional disciplines, and ensure compliance with daily operational procedures on a 1 day on/1 day off schedule, including one weekend day or night.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior leadership and conduct project audits
- Ensure adherence to daily operational procedures and documentation
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractor manpower and materials resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Experience with CMiC is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to paperwork
