Night Strategic Engineer

Job Summary

Working overnight, the full-time Night Strategic Engineer will apply technical expertise to resolve customer technical issues for Enterprise Business clients, manage relationships, and ensure system integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyzing technical issues across all OSI model layers using diagnostic tools for root cause analysis
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve network anomalies and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Documenting customer interactions and technical resolutions for accurate record-keeping and effective issue escalation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a technical support role
• Foundational understanding of networking principles and technical platforms
• Experience with command line interfaces and devices such as Ciena, Juniper, Adtran, Edgewater, and Cisco
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and configuring call flows within commercial IMS and Broadsoft environments
