Night Superintendent
Job Summary
Leading field operations on large-scale energy savings projects, the full-time Night Superintendent will manage subcontractor teams, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for all field operations and construction management activities
- Coordinate project planning efforts and oversee multiple scopes and subcontractors to ensure project execution aligns with contract documents
- Deliver proactive project updates and enforce safety and compliance programs while resolving field issues
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mechanical and electrical construction in complex environments
- OSHA 30-hour Certification
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) Certification
- Deep understanding of the construction lifecycle and proven ability to manage large-scale field operations
