NIV Associate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time salaried NIV Associate Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based non-immigrant visas, oversee client relationships, and conduct legal research in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-based non-immigrant visas and associated filings
• Supervise a team of paralegals and maintain effective client relationships
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal documents based on established precedents

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of business immigration attorney work experience
• U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and member of a state bar in good standing
• Ability to manage complex case strategies and review paralegal work product
• Understanding of nuanced immigration law concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and immigration case management systems
