NJ and NY Licensed Litigation Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing litigation practice, the remote NJ and NY Licensed Litigation Associate will manage all phases of the litigation process, conduct legal research, and draft legal documents while maintaining a high caseload in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the litigation process including investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial strategy
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in litigation
• Admitted to practice law in NJ and NY; PA admission is a plus
• Strong skills in legal research and writing
• Proven track record of representing clients in court and winning cases
