NJ and NY Licensed Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner licensed in NJ and NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care, including psychotherapy and medication management, to a weekly average of 50 patients
• Conduct intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans using various psychotherapy modalities
• Participate in supervision, training, and collaborative meetings to enhance clinical practice and team support

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in NY and NJ
• Active DEA License in good standing
• PMHNP-BC: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified
• At least one year of experience in psychotherapy practices (CBT, MI, DBT, etc.)
