NJ and PA Licensed Claim Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Specialist II or III for NJ and PA jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve medical-only and lost time claims
• Serve as a point of contact for insureds, injured workers, and other stakeholders
• Administer medical and indemnity benefits in compliance with state statutes and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of workers' compensation lost time claim handling experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) required
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have required adjuster's licenses in applicable states (NJ and PA)
