Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Navigator for Bariatric Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and evaluate data to optimize departmental workflow and staffing
• Provide quality assurance monitoring and conduct coaching sessions for clinical staff
• Coordinate patient navigation, appointments, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical navigation or Bariatric Nursing
• Active NJ Licensed RN; BSN preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with clinical databases
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
