NJ Licensed Pediatric RN

Job Summary

To support pediatric care management, the full-time salaried NJ Licensed Pediatric RN will coordinate care plans, monitor patient services, and mentor new staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and assists in the implementation of care plans for members
• Monitors and evaluates the appropriateness and effectiveness of patient care across various service sites
• Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert for new RNs and participates in quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in healthcare payer roles required
• CCM certification preferred
