Job Summary

NJ Licensed Personal Lines VP, oversees the Personal Lines team in a full-time, fully remote position, providing guidance, training, and support while managing daily tasks and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to the Personal Lines Team
• Assign daily tasks and set performance expectations for team members
• Support Account Managers and Executives in business workflows, including client research and policy reviews

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
• 2+ years recent experience using AMS360 (strongly preferred)
• An active P&C license
• Must reside in NJ, NY, or VA
