Job Summary

To support patient care management, the full-time salaried NJ Licensed Registered Nurse II will assess clinical needs, coordinate care plans, and mentor new staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
• Coordinate and implement care plans, advocating for members and their families throughout the healthcare journey
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical services and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience and two (2) years healthcare payer experience
• Proficiency in personal computers and software in a Windows-based environment, including MS Office
• Knowledge of case/care/disease management principles and healthcare contracts
