NJ Licensed Retirement Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Sales Coordinator who will manage retirement rollover cases and support Exclusive Agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retirement rollover cases from intake through application completion and account setup
• Coordinate and track rollover documentation and monitor rollover pipelines
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents regarding rollover status

Required Qualifications

• Series 6 & 63 licenses required (Series 7 preferred)
• Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers
• Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Sales retention experience a plus
