Job Summary
To support a growing division focused on ancillary insurance benefits, the full-time NJ Licensed Senior Marketing Analyst will manage the execution of RFPs for large group clients, serve as a subject matter expert, and conduct thorough analyses of plan design modifications while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns execution of ancillary RFPs for large group clients, both new business and renewal
- Serves as a subject matter expert and resource for peers
- Maintains all marketing opportunities in the organization's CRM to ensure seamless integration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years' experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting role
- Holds active life, accident, and health license
- Strong understanding of ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health)
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with organizational change
