Job Summary

Experienced NJ/PA Licensed Claims Adjusters will find a fully remote, full-time opportunity focused on managing and resolving complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims, applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active NJ and PA Adjusters' licenses
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
