A company is looking for a General Liability Defense Attorney, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent tech clients in insurance defense litigation, focusing on general liability
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings and motions
• Take and defend depositions, ensuring client interests are protected

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Experience in drafting pleadings and answering written discovery
• Demonstrated experience in taking and defending depositions
