NJ/PA Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Utilizing extensive claims management experience, the fully remote NJ/PA Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses for NJ and PA or reciprocal
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
