Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the NJ/PA Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims, utilizing their expertise to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact extensively with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in NJ/PA or reciprocal
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
