Job Summary

Leading end-to-end NJACOP accreditation projects, the remote NJACOP Accredited Program Manager will guide public safety agencies through the accreditation process, ensuring compliance, managing timelines, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead NJACOP accreditation projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on NJACOP standards, guiding agencies in policy development and compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and delivering ongoing support throughout the engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of NJACOP accreditation experience (Accreditation Manager, Assessor, or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of US Law Enforcement experience with a local agency in New Jersey
  • 5+ years of accreditation, compliance, or policy-related experience within a New Jersey public safety agency
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
