NLC Licensed Part-Time RN
Job Summary
Supporting the clinical team remotely, the part-time NLC Licensed RN will provide direct education, counseling, and clinical care to members, working 20 hours per week, including weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and education asynchronously to members within the scope of RN practice
- Assist clinicians with prescription preparation, lab orders, and responding to medical requests
- Collaborate with member support and referral specialists to complete clinical forms and generate referrals
Required qualifications
- Active RN license, preferably from NLC compact states
- Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
- Dedication to the informed consent model of care
- Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work
- Experience working with diverse groups, including varied socioeconomic backgrounds
