NLC Licensed Telemedicine RN
Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine clinic, the part-time to full-time NLC Licensed Telemedicine RN will provide evidence-based virtual care, including triage, education, and care coordination for members navigating fertility, menopause, and metabolic health journeys, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first clinical reviewer of inbound member messages, triaging for urgency and escalating to a physician when necessary
- Deliver member education on menopause, hormone therapy, metabolic health, and medication administration
- Document clinically relevant interactions same-day and contribute to chart audits and clinical protocol feedback
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license with NLC multi-state privileges and an ADN or BSN from an accredited program
- Minimum of 3 years of active RN clinical experience in women's health, reproductive health, or related fields
- Demonstrated nurse triage experience, including assessing urgency and recognizing critical lab values
- Strong proficiency with EHR and telehealth systems
- Ability to commit to scheduled shifts within the Monday-Friday, 8:00a-6:00p CST coverage window
