Job Summary

Proactively soliciting new residential mortgage business, the full-time NMLS Licensed Account Executive will engage with potential borrowers in a hybrid environment, utilizing customer contact software to assess financial needs and educate clients on mortgage solutions while maintaining compliance with relevant policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with leads to guide customers through the refinance and purchase loan application process
  • Explain loan product structures to potential borrowers and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies
  • Achieve loan quality and production goals in a fast-paced call center environment
Required qualifications
  • Active NMLS license required; multiple state licenses preferred
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales mortgage originations environment
  • Residential loan origination experience preferred
  • Prior experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), preferably Encompass
