Job Summary
As the first NMLS Licensed Account Executive, this full-time remote position will develop and launch a wholesale channel, engaging with brokers to connect homeowners with HEI products while managing onboarding and communications as the primary point of contact for partners.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential brokers through outbound calls and inquiries
- Onboard new brokers by developing and leading training sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the broker experience and create scalable processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales, preferably in the dealer/broker channel
- Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one within 90 days of starting
- Previous experience with Salesforce and managing cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize scalable policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional service to broker partners
