Job Summary

Connecting with inbound leads, the full-time NMLS Licensed Account Manager will educate homeowners on home equity investments, manage the application process, and maintain a high volume of daily calls in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and understand homeowners' circumstances
  • Serve as the single point of contact throughout the investment process, maintaining communication and status updates
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to become NMLS licensed; active NMLS licensing is a plus
  • Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance
