NMLS Licensed Area Manager

Job Summary

To support a thriving mortgage production team, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Area Manager will originate loans, coach and recruit loan officers, and assist with production strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Originate loans by managing personal and team production pipelines
• Coach existing Regional Loan Officers to maximize their potential
• Recruit and onboard new Loan Officer candidates, providing training and support

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry
• NMLS Safe License is required
• 5 years supervisory or 2+ years of management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
