Key Responsibilities

• Scale a team, transition existing volume, or establish a new branch with operational and leadership support
• Manage branch production and individual volume, ensuring alignment with company models
• Recruit and lead originators while maintaining compliance and a team-focused environment

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producing Branch Manager or team lead
• Active state NMLS license in any of the states where opportunities are available
• Experience in recruiting and leading mortgage originators
• Desire to work within a growth-oriented platform with competitive pricing
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations in the mortgage industry
