Job Summary

Seeking a remote NMLS Licensed Branch Manager, the position offers a full-time opportunity to scale a team, transition existing volume, or establish a new branch while benefiting from operational and leadership support across various states in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a branch with a minimum production of $1.5M-$2M monthly
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing and operational support to enhance branch performance and productivity

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license in relevant states
• Proven experience as a Producing Branch Manager or team lead
• Strong background in recruiting and leading mortgage originators
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance regulations in the mortgage industry
