Job Summary

To drive branch growth and profitability, the remote Branch Manager / VP of Sales will manage day-to-day operations, oversee loan production, and lead recruiting efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day branch operations and drive revenue growth
  • Own branch P&L, budgeting, and profitability
  • Recruit, coach, and retain top-performing Loan Originators
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of mortgage sales leadership or branch management experience
  • Proven success growing loan production and branch profitability
  • Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing branch financial performance and operational metrics
  • Active NMLS license preferred (required for Producing Branch Managers)
