Job Summary
To drive branch growth and profitability, the remote Branch Manager / VP of Sales will manage day-to-day operations, oversee loan production, and lead recruiting efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day branch operations and drive revenue growth
- Own branch P&L, budgeting, and profitability
- Recruit, coach, and retain top-performing Loan Originators
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of mortgage sales leadership or branch management experience
- Proven success growing loan production and branch profitability
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills
- Experience managing branch financial performance and operational metrics
- Active NMLS license preferred (required for Producing Branch Managers)
