Job Summary
To create a meaningful and collaborative lending experience, the full-time Branch Production Manager will oversee the profit and loss (P&L) of the retail office, implement pricing strategies, and develop strategic plans while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Implement pricing strategies based on short- and long-term strategic plans
- Review and evaluate financial goals by creating and analyzing P&L statements
- Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities with subordinate managers
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of mortgage branch management experience with proven results
- Prior experience managing P&L is required
- Valid NMLS Mortgage Originator's license
- Knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines and related systems
- 60M in annual funded production or 200 units
