Key Responsibilities:

Convert inbound leads into loans by promoting mortgage products and services
Analyze rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers
Manage a personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals

Required Qualifications:

NMLS license under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
State license under the terms of the SAFE Act
1+ years of construction sales or origination experience
Experience in collecting and analyzing borrower income
Knowledge of retail product policies and underwriting procedures
