Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Servicing Manager to oversee the administration and servicing of One-Time Close Construction Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and provide mentorship to the Construction Servicing staff
• Monitor construction progress, loan disbursement requests, and compliance issues
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to Construction Lending Guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in various roles
• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• NMLS certification required
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret data
