NMLS Licensed Disclosure Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the customer journey from application to funding, the fully remote NMLS Licensed Disclosure Analyst will manage documentation for loan processing, ensure compliance with TRID regulations, and assist in achieving timely closings while working Pacific or Mountain time.

Key responsibilities

• Gather required documentation and obtain Initial Closing Disclosure signatures to ensure timely loan closings
• Manage a pipeline of 30 loan closings per month while addressing borrower requests and collaborating with team members
• Issue initial disclosures and revised Loan Estimates within 24-48 hours of receiving loan information, ensuring compliance with TRID

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or processing
• Active NMLS license or ability to acquire one within the first 90 days of hire
• Experience using Encompass, Blend, and/or Google Suite
• Recent experience working in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
• High school diploma or equivalent
