Job Summary

NMLS Licensed Growth Strategist, this full-time position focuses on driving revenue growth within the Home Loans business by optimizing inbound and outbound strategies to increase loan volume without expanding headcount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the consumer funnel from acquisition to funded loan
  • Develop and execute scalable outbound marketing strategies to support sales efforts
  • Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer direct mortgage, fintech lending, or high-performance sales
  • Demonstrated ownership of revenue-impacting initiatives at scale
  • Proven experience in building outbound marketing engines linked to funded volume
  • Strong understanding of mortgage conversion metrics and sales productivity modeling
  • Active NMLS license or prior experience as a Loan Officer preferred
