Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large pipeline of loan applications while ensuring quality customer service
• Conduct thorough application reviews and validate required documentation, maintaining communication with customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and managing inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience
• Active NMLS license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be located within 100 miles of a specified office location
