Job Summary

NMLS Licensed Home Equity Processor, a full-time remote position responsible for managing a pipeline of loan applications, ensuring documentation accuracy, and providing customer service updates throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a large pipeline of applications while meeting service level agreements
• Conduct thorough application reviews and validate required documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and support

Required Qualifications:

• State NMLS licensed with completion of the Uniform State Test
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be located within 100 miles of a local office
