Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads and provide compliant information while understanding homeowners' circumstances
  • Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process, managing high volumes of daily calls
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and manage the pipeline using Salesforce and proprietary tools
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience with an active NMLS license in good standing
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance
