Job Summary
A company is looking for a Licensed Sales, Home Equity professional to join their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and provide compliant information while understanding homeowners' circumstances
- Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process, managing high volumes of daily calls
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and manage the pipeline using Salesforce and proprietary tools
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience with an active NMLS license in good standing
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance
