Key responsibilities
  • Educate homeowners on Home Equity Investment terms and differences from traditional financing
  • Manage multiple homeowner transactions from initial inquiry to closing
  • Collaborate with team members and utilize tech tools to track homeowner interactions and data
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales
  • Active NMLS license required
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Proven ability to manage an inbound sales pipeline
  • Strong sales aptitude with a focus on homeowner financial well-being
