Educating homeowners about innovative Home Equity Investment options, the remote NMLS Licensed Homeowner Advisor will make outbound calls, manage a pipeline of transactions, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth process from inquiry to funding.
Key responsibilities
- Educate homeowners on Home Equity Investment terms and differences from traditional financing
- Manage multiple homeowner transactions from initial inquiry to closing
- Collaborate with team members and utilize tech tools to track homeowner interactions and data
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate sales
- Active NMLS license required
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage an inbound sales pipeline
- Strong sales aptitude with a focus on homeowner financial well-being
