Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Income Specialist responsible for the qualification of borrowers seeking loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth reviews of loan applications and documentation to pre-qualify borrowers
• Evaluate borrower income and assets based on various documentation and lending guidelines
• Communicate findings and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant field preferred
• NMLS License under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 preferred
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and knowledge of lending guidelines
• Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
