Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITM - Live Teller Connect Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the Interactive Teller Machines and Live Teller Connect Department remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee workflow, scheduling, and staffing of the Live Teller Connect Representatives to ensure effective service delivery
• Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for staff while ensuring compliance with training requirements
• Handle escalated service issues, conduct audits, and ensure proper functioning of ITM machines

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in branch/department operations in a Credit Union or financial services industry, including 1 year in a team lead role
• Solid knowledge of depository and loan products, branch operations, and applicable regulations
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Ability to analyze and solve member service issues and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Two-year college degree or equivalent related specialized course of study
