Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Loan Advisor - Purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze applicant information to determine qualification for loan programs
• Assist customers with financial objectives and take initial loan applications
• Ensure timely return of required documents and compliance with sales processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience
• NMLS/SAFE license or ability to be licensed without retaking the SAFE exam
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts relevant to the position
