Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Assistant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather required documentation for loan processing and ensure timely closings
• Manage a pipeline of 30 loan closings per month
• Assist team members with borrower requests and maintain compliance with TRID regulations

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage operations and/or processing
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
• Experience using Encompass, Blend, and/or Google Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
