NMLS Licensed Loan Coordinator

Job Summary

To support mortgage financing for home purchases and refinances, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Coordinator will manage client interactions, process loan applications, and ensure timely follow-ups with leads and borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Realtors and clients while managing loan applications and documentation
• Calculate income for borrowers, prepare preapproval letters, and run product and pricing scenarios
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to expedite the mortgage process and meet closing goals

Required qualifications

• NMLS license (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce and database management
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in technology and quick to learn new systems
