Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer - Outside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business and sell correspondent and approved brokered mortgage products
• Conduct borrower interviews, analyze financial and credit data, and advise on product eligibility and pricing
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while delivering exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred
• Active NMLS license required, with multiple state licenses preferred
• 2+ years' experience in sales, particularly in mortgage originations
• Prior experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), preferably Encompass
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and self-manage to drive new business
