NMLS Licensed Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Officer to join their Loan Readiness Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a pipeline of clients working to become loan ready
• Review credit reports and guide clients on steps to meet program eligibility
• Communicate frequently with clients and internal teams while reassessing loan scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of loan origination experience preferred
• Proven ability to structure and price loans accurately
• Strong understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs
• Current NMLS license (National test passed & 20-hour course completed)
• Experience assisting credit-challenged or first-time homebuyers preferred
