NMLS Licensed Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer - Outside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new residential mortgage business and sell mortgage products to meet goals
• Conduct borrower interviews, analyze financial data, and advise on product eligibility and pricing
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while delivering exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred
• Active NMLS license required, with multiple state licenses preferred
• 2+ years' experience in sales with a proven track record in mortgage originations
• Prior experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), preferably Encompass
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and self-motivate to drive new business
