Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Loan Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outbound calls from lead sources
• Educate and prequalify borrowers for various loan products
• Maintain consistent contact and follow-up with clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license (state required)
• Experience with HELOC and cash-out refinance loans preferred
• Comfortable working with dialer systems and high-volume outbound leads
• Ability to thrive in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment
• Must reside within commuting distance of designated call centers
